My First Mobile Phone

  My First Mobile Phone

Dear Readers,

Today, I would like to share an important experience related to mobile phones.

When I was studying at an institution in Karachi, I wanted to buy my first mobile phone. I took some money, put it in my wallet, and went to a mobile shop.

I told the shopkeeper that I wanted a Nokia 3310 in good condition. He showed me several used mobile phones. I was alone, and unfortunately, I did not have much knowledge about mobile phones at that time.

After looking at the phones for a while, I finally decided to buy one. I paid the shopkeeper Rs. 3,000 and returned home happily.

Hwever, my happiness did not last long. Before even 24 hours had passed, the mobile phone's screen stopped working!

I went back to the shopkeeper to complain about the problem. Instead of helping me, he blamed me and said, "The phone was working perfectly when I sold it to you. You must have damaged it yourself."

I was very disappointed. Later, I showed the phone to one or two other mobile repair shops. They told me that the phone had several problems. Its screen was not original, the keypad was also not original, and even the battery had been replaced with a non-original one.

That was when I realized that the shopkeeper had cheated me. I lost my hard-earned money simply because I did not have enough knowledge about mobile phones.

What I Learned from This Experience

I am sharing this incident to give an important message to anyone who wants to buy a mobile phone, especially those who are buying one for the first time.

If you are new to mobile phones and do not have enough knowledge about them, please take an experienced person or a mobile expert with you when you go shopping. At the very least, learn about the phone's condition, battery, screen, keypad, and other important features before making a purchase.

Always check the phone carefully before paying for it. Ask the seller about its condition and warranty, if available. If possible, buy from a trustworthy shop that offers a checking warranty or return policy.

Remember, a little knowledge and careful inspection can save you from losing your hard-earned money.

I hope you enjoyed reading my story and learned something useful from my experience. If you are planning to buy a used mobile phone, please be careful and make an informed decision.

(Facebook Page Monetization)
(Marketplace & E-commerce)
(Affiliate Marketing)
(Facebook Groups)
(Social Media Management)

Choosing a mobile phone has always been a difficult step

 Mobile Phone

Choosing a mobile phone has always been a difficult step because there are so many varieties in the market that it is not clear which phone to buy, this task becomes even more difficult when you do not know your preferences.

However, there are some methods that you can use to become the owner of a good smartphone, keeping in mind your preferences and budget.

What is your budget?

First of all, determine what your budget is for buying a mobile phone. As you know, Apple's iPhone is the most expensive. Samsung phones are both expensive and cheap. Similarly, there are many other smartphones like Huawei, Nokia, Honor, Vivo and others that you can buy according to your budget.

The next thing to keep in mind is that as far as possible, always give preference to the flagship series of any company. The flagship series refers to the premium lineup of any company, such as Samsung's S series and Note series, Huawei's Mate series, OnePlus's T series and Sony's Xperia, etc. In such a series, each company uses the best hardware and software to its extent.

What features do you want?

When you go to buy a mobile phone, listen carefully to the salesman and hold the phone in your hands and get good information about its features. If you do not know much about the features, it would be better to take an experienced friend or family member with you.

But apart from this, you can also get information about the smartphone you want on online forums.

Basially, any smartphone can have seven main features. Apart from this, the rest comes in the secondary category.

1. Operating System

The first thing is the smartphone software, i.e. the operating system. There are currently two operating systems available in the world, Android (Google) and iOS (Apple). All smartphones except the iPhone use the Android operating system. Therefore, the first thing to decide in this regard is which ecosystem you want to use. If you are not concerned with the operating system, then the iPhone will be better when your purchasing power allows it. In this regard, the iPhone is generally not a suitable option for people with low purchasing power, even if the old model is relatively cheap. He should buy an Android mobile phone from any company, but here too he should give priority to the flagship series.

2. Processor

The performance of the mobile depends on the processor and RAM, and the most important of them is the processor. For this, choose the latest processor, whether it is an iPhone or an Android phone.

Basically, the performance of any mobile phone depends on its processing unit. Currently, the most widely used processors in the world are from an American company called Qualcomm. Apart from Apple, every company in the world uses Qualcomm processors. Although a few other companies including Samsung and Huawei also make their own processors and with each passing day, they are increasing their use in their new phones. As of the end of this article, a common user should buy a phone with a processor with performance equal to or better than Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 while staying in the low range and Snapdragon 845 while staying in the mid range.  In comparison, almost all the flagship series smartphones introduced this year use Qualcomm 755, Huawei 990 Kirin, Samsung 9825 Exynos or processors with equivalent performance. On the other hand, Apple has used the A13 Bionic chip in its iPhone. It should be remembered that smartphones with all these processing units are capable of delivering excellent performance with very little difference.

3. Memory

The third important feature is the phone memory. There are two types of memory in smartphones, which are called RAM and storage respectively. RAM is a kind of part of the processing unit. The performance of the phone is based on the capacity of RAM, but here again, the performance of the company's software has a lot to do with how it uses the RAM. Generally, all Android phones have RAM ranging from four GB to twelve GB. For the average user, staying in the low and mid-range, one should choose a phone with three to six GB of RAM.

On the other hand, since storage memory can be easily increased in all Android phones except a few mobile phones through memory cards, it is better to buy a good mobile with less storage at a low price than a low-quality one with more storage.

4. Screen or display

The third important feature in any mobile is its display or screen. Everyone has their own preference regarding the screen. Some people like a mobile phone with a larger screen, while others want a smaller screen.  You have to spend a lot of time on the phone, so buy a phone that has a high resolution.

Experts recommend Full HD resolution with 1080 pixels. A phone with 1080 pixels or more gives a sharper resolution.

Before the advent of OLED, all companies used LCD LCD displays. This display is still being used in many mobile phones, including the iPhone 11. It is an IPS-LCD display, which is the most premium version of LCD technology. But after the advent of OLED, every major company has started using it in its phones, especially in the flagship series. Phones with OLED screens are relatively expensive than phones with LCD displays.  But if you buy a phone with IPS-LCD with good resolution, you will not feel much difference compared to OLED. In this sense, it would be correct to say that if the intention is to buy a low-cost phone, the display can be ignored. A 720 HD display is a visually excellent display in phones up to 4.7 inches. It should be remembered here that if phones with a resolution of more than 1080 come with a display smaller than 4.7 inches, there is no difference in their visual impression compared to both 720 and 1080 displays. The visual capacity of the human eye is limited and it gives the same impression even at a certain level, despite the higher resolution. In addition, the refresh rate of the screen and the Number of Nits are also important features of the display.  All companies including Samsung, Apple and Huawei come with a 60Hz refresh rate. However, a few companies in the market (Asus, OnePlus, Oppo, Google) have also introduced phones with 90 and 120Hz displays. Which also require one and a half to two times more battery.

5. Camera

When buying a mobile phone, most people look at how many megapixels it has and think that the more megapixels it has, the better the phone's camera will give. However, to take a good picture, you need to look at the sensor size. Because a camera with fewer megapixels can sometimes give better results than a camera with more megapixels. To use a mobile camera, you also need to be familiar with the basic principles of photography. However, in relatively expensive and modern phones, a lot of help is provided to the user with the help of software, due to which even a person who is not familiar with the principles of photography can take a good picture.  But it is important to note here that the two basic components of a phone camera are hardware and software. Hardware deals with the capability and quality of the lens, while software deals with the way the images are processed by that lens. Many times, a company may not be able to give good results despite using a good lens because it is defeated by the interaction between software and hardware, while on the contrary, another company may use a relatively cheap and less capable lens and give good results due to the practically better performance of its software. Software plays a much greater role in the results of a mobile phone camera than in DSLRs, etc.

6. Battery

Nowadays, mobile phones are coming in the market whose batteries cannot be removed. Read the mobile review and check the ‘mAh’ rating, but even then, the battery life depends on the screen size, resolution and software of the mobile. The more features a smartphone has, the more electric power it will need from the battery. Good resolution, high-speed network, better sound system and high frame rate video recording also require a battery in the same proportion.  For example, if a phone with a 4.7-inch screen has an HD screen and another phone of the same size has a 4K resolution, the visual impression of both will be the same to your eye, while the battery required by the latter will be almost double. Therefore, battery life cannot be estimated only by its capacity (which is measured in milliamperes). If the hardware of a phone is different, its 2500 mAh battery can last as long as the 3500-3000 mAh battery in another phone, despite the same use.

7. Network

The network is fundamental to any mobile, but it is usually not discussed because the network generation does not change daily.  Within a year or two of the arrival of a new generation (such as the introduction of 5G today), phones are selected based on it, but later, since most mobile phones support the new generation network, as even low-cost phones today have the ability to use 4G networks. This was not the case before 2014. Similarly, today only a few mobile phones have the ability to use 5G, which are quite expensive, while after a year or two this facility will be available in ordinary and cheap phones as well.

Apart from these, there are a few secondary features like sound, fast charging, connectivity type, etc., but the basic features are the same as those explained above.

In the end, the summary of the whole discussion is that if you give first priority to the network and processor, second to memory, and finally to battery, camera, display, storage, fast charging, connectivity type, and speakers, respectively, then you can choose a good phone within your range.

Make Money Fast

Make Money Fast (stylised as MAKE.MONEY.FAST) is a title of an electronically forwarded chain letter which first appeared on the Internet in 1989. It was widely distributed throughout dial-up BBSes, Usenet newsgroups, and email. In anti-spammer slang, the name is often abbreviated "MMF".

The emails were a form of pyramid scheme that involved sending small amounts of money to the postal addresses listed in the received email, then adding one's own name and address to the list before sending the email on to others.

Excerpt

Dear Friend,

My name is Dave Rhodes. In September 1988 my car was reposessed [sic] and the bill collectors were hounding me like you wouldn't believe. I was laid off and my unemployment checks had run out. The only escape I had from the pressure of failure was my Apple computer and my modem. I longed to turn my advocation into my vocation.

This January 1989 my family and I went on a ten day cruise to the tropics. I bought a Lincoln Town Car for CASH in Feburary [sic] 1989. I am currently building a home on the West Coast of Florida, with a private pool, boat slip, and a beautiful view of the bay from my breakfast room table and patio. I will never have to work again. Today I am rich! I have earned over $400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand Dollars) to date and will become a millionaire within 4 or 5 months. Anyone can do the same. This money making program works perfectly every time, 100% of the time. I have NEVER failed to earn $50,000.00 or more whenever I wanted. Best of all you never have to leave home except to go to your mailbox or post office.
